Free test data

Your individual test answers are stored in your browser so you can continue or review the test. They are not sent to InnerFacet during the free experience.

Paid report data

When you choose to purchase a report, we process your email address, four-letter result, four preference scores, order status, and report delivery status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Service providers

Payment information is processed by PayPal. Transactional email is delivered by our email provider. Generated reports are stored privately by our hosting provider. These providers process only the information needed to perform their services.

Retention and deletion

Order and report records are retained to support delivery, re-downloads, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us from the email used for purchase.

Your choices

You can clear free-test data by clearing this site’s browser storage. You can also ask for access, correction, or deletion of eligible paid-order data. Statutory privacy rights may vary by location.
